Jack Nyman
Mr. Nyman graduated from Harvard University, where he was most recently an International Visiting Research Fellow studying environmental and planning law and policy, construction law, advanced project management and strategic planning.
A Canadian by birth, he was previously president and
CEO of Nyman Investments Inc., and the executive vice president,
director, and co-founder of the Real Corporate Group, a property
company specializing in the acquisition, syndication and management of
a diversified portfolio of commercial and residential properties.
Earlier in his career he served as Senior V.P. of Investment Banking
and Commercial Real Estate Lending for a leading financial
institution. Jack Nyman has been involved in the development of real
estate and investment projects across Canada as well as in Florida, Los
Angeles, Dallas, Houston, London, Beijing and Shanghai. He was part of
the design planning team for a variety of cultural institutions in
California and on the east coast.
Mr. Nyman is affiliated with
such organizations as the Harvard Club of New York, the Urban Land
Institute, ARES, the National Association of Real Estate Investment
Trusts, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Real
Estate Board of New York.
